The brief here was to create a bold and colourful update to these adjoining sitting rooms – one for the family and one for the kids.
We-configured the existing built-in joinery to create better proportions either side of the fireplace.
We changed the radiators for a black column style, added graphic tiling behind the log burner and used a deep rich blue to connect the rooms but give them their individual personality.
The front sitting room got the all-over treatment, whilst in the kids’ room we stuck to woodwork and the ceiling. We sourced all new furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories. Full project management and styling.
