The old dining room was knocked through to kitchen to create a large open plan dining/family space.
Figuring out the layout and lighting was key to getting the most from this multi-purpose space. A bespoke seating area with panelling and wall lights creates a cosy dining zone, and a large glass panel in place of the previous door transforms the layout without losing light.
A full wall of asymmetric shelves painted in Farrow & Ball Green Smoke give a real focal point for the clients artwork and ceramics, whilst large format concrete tiles and natural textures add an urban but relaxed feel.
